Booking terms

These terms apply to every online booking at Maison Curtis (Rue Neuve 25, 6000 Charleroi).

Booking

You choose a service, a day and a time, then pay the deposit. The appointment is confirmed when the payment arrives: you then receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your appointment.

Deposit and prices

• The deposit is €10.00, paid online when you book.
• The prices shown include VAT.

Moving an appointment

You can move your appointment up to 24 h before the start, with the link in the confirmation email. After that, the appointment can no longer be moved.

Products and techniques

By booking, you accept the use of the tools, techniques and products needed to carry out the chosen service (clippers, razors, scissors, cutting, shaving and care products). If you have an allergy or a sensitivity, say so when you book: the barber will take it into account.

Cancellation and refunds

• An appointment cannot be cancelled online. The deposit is not refunded, whether you cancel, do not show up or arrive late.
• If the salon cancels or cannot see you, the deposit is refunded in full and we offer you a new time.
• If your payment arrives when the slot is no longer available, it is refunded automatically and in full.
